HoU's mission is to inspire, unite, and celebrate international or foreign medical graduates (IMGs/FMGs) on their journey to U.S.-based medical residency and fellowship programs, as well as their successful careers in medicine in the U.S.

HoU's vision is to create a supportive community of like-minded international or foreign medical graduates (IMGs/FMGs) who provide guidance, inspiration, and moral support to the next generation of IMGs/FMGs pursuing medical residency and fellowship in the U.S.

HoU serves international or foreign medical graduates (IMGs/FMGs) and students interested in, preparing for, and embarking on medical residency and fellowship programs in the United States with respect, compassion, integrity, humility, and gratitude.
